Bowning railway station

Bowning is a closed railway station on the Main South railway line in New South Wales, Australia. The station opened in 1876 and closed to passenger services in the 1990s.〔(Bowning station ). NSWrail.net. Accessed 8 August 2009.〕 The station and environs consisted of two island platforms with a large two-storey station building on the down platform. Despite its closure, the Bowning station building survives in good condition and is used as a private residence.
